The GOP fighting within the party is getting ugly!

"The high amount of Republicans leaving the party..." What are you talking about? It's Democrats that are leaving...not Republicans.
You really have to do some research before you open your mouth

Congressional Republicans Left Office In Droves Under Trump. Just How Conservative Are Their Replacements?

The current 117th Congress is only four months old, but already five Republican senators and six Republican representatives have announced they will not stay in their current jobs.1 Add in a slew of Republican retirements in the 2018 and 2020 election cycles, and a narrative has formed that longtime GOP stalwarts are heading to the exits because they are unhappy with the fanatical turn the party took under former President Donald Trump. “We live in an increasingly polarized country where members of both parties are being pushed further to the right and further to the left, and that means too few people who are actively looking to find common ground,” Sen. Rob Portman said in January when announcing his retirement. “This is a tough time to be in public service.”

What is likely going through your confused mind is that Trump got more votes in 2024 than he did in 2020 and that voters switched to Trump and did not vote for Harris. Nonetheless, that switch was not about switching parties but being MALE as the switch occurred because Alpha males were not going to vote for a woman. It was also a racist move by many Whites that would not vote for a Black, especially a Black woman.

The GOP fighting within the party is getting ugly as one of the "biggies" in the party (Steve Bannon) has accused Musk of being "an evil person".

Steve Bannon goes berserk on Elon Musk, vows to drive him away from White House: ‘He is a truly evil guy’

In my opinion, this is pure irony as everyone on the Far right is evil. Accusing someone else within the group of being that is pure hypocrisy.

Steve Bannon is opposing Elon for supporting H1B's over Americans and completely ignoring the fact that Trump supports H1B's just as much, if not more, than Elon.

That's what's happening NOW!

And that's what's happening with the electorate!

So you must like what Trump is trying to do with DOGE?
Other than the goofy idea of having co-chairmen instead of one person to blame or hold responsible for this new department of government, he is having Congress draw up and staff, I have no problem with it. Even if another whole Department only breaks even, with what it might save, it could be worth it. I have not seen any administration actually make government more efficient, though many have promised. Nobody else, tried to codify it, and put a department in charge of making it happen. It might be worth the expense. Like anything else a new administration wants to take on, in fulfilling campaign promises, it will have to be a wait and see, thing. I am not overly trusting in politicians, and this one is certainly no exception.

Yawn. POTUS/House/Senate - all controlled by republicans.
SCOTUS - majority not wingnut libtards.
Keep bleating about how things are so dire for the right, clown. No one believes your bullshit. Lulz.

I'm glad to see you're willing to give it a chance. Thank you.

Actually looking forward to this experiment. We pay for it, either way, so might as well try something different. If it works, everybody benefits. If not, it is a department that can be removed, also.

If the House and the Senate follow Trump blindly and on everything, we will lose Democracy and we will have a Dictatorship and that will be decided by the Republicans themselves.
Projecting democrat values again Saul? This ^^ describes exactly what was voted out of DC. Keep howling, I think the moon might hear you.

Experiment?

Um, the experiment was.from 2017 to 2021.

We know exactly what we will get. Tax breaks for rich people and corporations at the expense of the deficit and of benefits for those who need them.

Global embarrassment. Self dealing. Erosion of our institutions.

The experiment is over. The fat rapist is no longer in beta testing.

Not saying you are wrong, but willing to wait and see it, in actuality. I don't see another Presidential election coming in the next few hours. Hopefully, there will be one in 4 years.

You guys have so little to post about these days. You're really licking your wounds, and there are a lot of them.

This has nothing to do with licking wounds. It has to do with giving information to people about what is now going to happen. Of course, blind-by-choice people like you can never see anything they do not want to see. You live in a fantasy world. Enjoy it while it last but keep in mind that when reality comes knocking at the door, it becomes painful and problematic given that you are not prepared for it.

You did get 1 hour of happiness today but the pain will now start................slowly but surely
