Here's the coal thing :

Obama made clear in the interview that he was not suggesting an end to coal use. Too much of the country already uses it in existing power plants and factories. In a portion of the interview his critics failed to note, he said:

"This notion of no coal, I think, is an illusion, because the fact of the matter is that right now, we are getting a lot of our energy from coal, and China is building a coal-fired plant once a week. So what we have to do then is we have to figure out how can we use coal without emitting greenhouse gases and carbon. And how can we sequester that carbon and capture it? If we can't, then we're going to still be working on alternatives."

But Obama also made clear that he wanted to transition away from building new coal-fired plants, saying that the price on emissions for building one -- using old technology -- would be prohibitive under his plan.

Then why being known as the "smartest" as Historian Michael Beschloss said : "Uh. I would say it’s probably – he’s probably the smartest guy ever to become President." Would this economic illiterate make the statement:
"if somebody wants to build a coal plant, they can – it’s just that it will bankrupt them.”
That is so stupid to tell people that he wants companies to go bankrupt!
You don't say stupid things like that especially the "smartest" president.
He is telling people that he will price them out of business. Rather then figure out a way to keep them in business.... let them go bankrupt!

It’s an odd coincidence that the same day President Barack Obama unveils regulations limiting carbon dioxide emissions from power plants. a major coal company announces it is going bankrupt. In 2008, Obama said his energy policies would “bankrupt” anyone who wants to build a coal plant.

“So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them, because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted,” Obama said during a 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle’s editorial board.

“Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Even regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad,” Obama said in 2008. “Because I’m capping greenhouse gases, coal power plants, you know, natural gas, you name it — whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to, uh, retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that money on to consumers.”

Interestingly enough, the day Obama announced EPA regulations to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from power plants the coal company Alpha Natural Resources filed for bankruptcy. The EPA’s regulations, called the Clean Power Plan, are expected to retire upwards of 90 gigawatts of coal-fired power generationin the coming years, reducing demand for coal and forcing mines to shutter.

When Obama said "I prefer single payer health system" he then de facto prefers 1,400 companies go out of business. $100 billion a YEAR in tax revenue stops.
450,000 people become unemployed.
This is the negative AFFECT on the economy that Obama has had as well as the lowest GDP in history.

Why when Obama used the term "46 million uninsured Americans" didn't even conservatives question the number given these FACTS!

So all Obama's inept administration need do was REGISTER this 14 million!

C) Nearly 18 million of the uninsured lived in households with annual incomes above $50,000 --
over half of them (9.7 million) in households with incomes that exceed $75,000 annually. -

That leaves less then 4 million that truly need and want insurance.

The ignorant absolute stupid premise that these 18 million Americans under 34 would sign up is the first major problem. They did have insurance through their employer... just didn't want or NEED the expense so they pay their health services out of pocket!
But those idiots of Obamacare thought these 18 million would sign up!

Again why should anyone expect a person WITH NO Business experience who is an avowed anti-capitalists to be in favor of businesses.
