He flees to Charlotte. Charlotte cops find him. He shoots at the cops. He shoots and kills a CPD K9 dog.

And his sentence? The Obama Feds offered him LESS than 40 years in a plea deal!!!!!! For MURDER, 2X attempted murder, one of which was a federal witness, and for killing a sworn K9 dog.

The deal is based on his cooperation with another case. They could well put away 2 or even more killers while still putting this man away until he's in his 60s.
