I'm sure they will not convict her

All they'll do is queston the people who helped her make the webinar and threaten them with prosecution if they don't provide evidence against her. Maybe they will deliberately induce one to lie, so they can hold that crime over their heads to get cooperation.

But they will have to plead guilty to get a no-prison-time deal. Also threaten to go after their family members if they don't plead out.

Now due to the fact that people close to AOC on the project have pled guilty, a much more long-term investigation will be justified. They'll call it an "ongoing investigation" for years on end and use that as an excuse to not answer questions to Congress.
They may go as far as to find a grand jury in a heavily Republican area to indict her, and use that as a reason to bring her in for a mugshot. Will she post it outside her office?

But yes, I don't think she could be convicted for that. Well . . . not unless the jury pool is from that same heavily Republican area, I guess. Yes, I guess she could become a "convicted felon."

It as kewl to do that to Trump, why not for AOC?

Except the people Homan is dealing with are not immigrants. They are illegal criminal trespassers. Migrants go through legal channels and file for temporary or permanent migrant status.

AOC is aiding and abetting criminals, the question is WHY?
