Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., revealed plans for House Democrats to investigate and impeach Justice Brett Kavanaugh for alleged perjury and investigate and impeach President Donald Trump for alleged treasonous collusion with Russia.

It's very obvious that Kavanaugh perjured himself in his Supreme Court hearings. But he also perjured himself in his nomination hearings for the DC Circuit as well.

We'll see whether the GOP has the stomach for upholding the rule of law, and the legitimacy of their own oversight process.

As for Trump, again, let's see where the facts take us. The available public record is downright damning.

Of course, the politically expedient play would be the bury the Trump Administration in subpoenas and investigations, and watch the line form at the resignations counter. Trump can't get anybody to come work for him now, and it won't be any easier once the crooks clowns, and hangers on he has chosen start having to answer questions.

Of course, the Federalist story doesn't actually say what you claim it does. Nadler clearly is quoted as discussing the political difficulties involved in impeaching Trump, which directly contradict your claim.
