What would it mean?

Most likely it would mean that the Democrats would take the House and Senate, along with the White House. It would be a very meaningful election.

I think that if it became obvious to Trump that he would lose, he would take action to ensure his success before the election.
I don't think he would wait until it became so obvious.

However, I wouldn't depend on any polls for the first indication that Trump will turn to violence.

Actually, I'm far from convinced that he will lose, even though JD has become such a rotten apple in America's barrel. That character is beyond the imaginable!
