Trump 47's Cabinet

Cannon seems to be a highly principled attorney and judge. But I don't know enough about her to know if she would make a good A.G. I haven't seen her on the radar anywhere, but who knows?

If Trump really was intent on revenge though, he would make Leo Terrell A.G. LOL
I hope he doesn't pick her for AG... It just looks too much like a payoff.

My take on 47's cabinet

Sec State, Rubio, Cotton, Nikki Haley

Defense, Pompeo, Miller

DOJ, Paxton, Schmitt, Whitaker

Energy, Burgum

Treasury, Paulson, Lightheizer, Mnuchin

Commerce, Vivek Ramaswamy or Youngkin

HHS, Kennedy

UN or Veterans Affairs, Tulsi Gabbard

HUD, Ben Carson

EPA, Wheeler

Homeland, (Trump's tough as nails guy, can't remember his name_____)

Budget & Government Efficiency, Elon Musk, possibly with Vivek Ramaswamy (cut government & spending)

Then we need to think about replacing the leadership in the FBI & CIA

Pompeo is a neo-con who admitted to cooking up plans to kill Julian Assange. He's not to be trusted.
". . .Trump has denied the claim and neither the CIA nor Mike Pompeo have commented on the story. While discussions were alleged, based on anonymous sources, officials also said the assassination plans did not get "serious traction" and that it was a "crazy thing that wastes our time." . . .

That was a widely spread story to smear Pompeo and Trump in my opinion though Tucker Carlson doggedly held onto the story for some time. I don't always agree on Tucker on his take on things. But the fact that it was discussed--we don't know for sure by whom--but that no policy or action was ever taken is not a disqualifying fact in my opinion.

Obviously some of you disagree.

The fact that both Carlson and Pompeo were scheduled to speak on the final night of the RNC convention suggests those fences have likely been mended.

I still say Pompeo was amazing in his job as Secretary of State and he shares President Trump's vision for a world at peace. Any sort of 'revenge' just doesn't figure into what I have seen and heard of the man.

Giuliani as head of the DOJ is intriguing actually. He might be brilliant in that job. I don't know. The fact that Trump fired Steve Bannon, though on apparently amicable terms, suggests Trump wasn't happy with the job Bannon was doing. I would be surprised if Bannon is considered for a job in the new Trump administration but who knows? Stranger things have happened.

Again I don't know that she has any credentials to be A.G. And while I agree, the leftists would give her no peace if she was appointed, there is no indication she is on the radar for any kind of cabinet or other high ranking post. The A.G. needs some law enforcement savvy in addition to legal expertise. Giuliani certainly meets that criteria.

One thing I'm pretty sure of. The pick won't be Bill Barr even though he said he would be voting for the Republican ticket. :)

While MAGAs hope and pray for a MAGA victory today in the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives, I was just looking over the hugely unlikely team that Trump seems to be putting together.

Elon Musk, richest man in the world, could be on a Trump cabinet.

Marcus Rubio has been suggested as possibly Secretary of State. (I personally want Trump to pick Pompeo for that again as he was amazing in the job and continues to be a Trump supporter.)

RFK Jr could be instrumental in making America's food supply safer and developing common sense environmental policies

Tulsi Gabbard--not sure but I bet she's there somewhere.

Vivek Ramaswamy's name has been thrown around as possibly heading the Dept of Homeland Securities

Dan Bongino - head of the Secret Service?

Tucker Carlson or Megyn Kelly as Press Secretary?

So what would your dream cabinet be in Donald Trump's second term?

So many good interesting people to choose from.
Anything short of the prospective Elon Musk/Ron Paul tag team, to take a chain saw and wood chipper to the District of Criminals swamp, will be a disappointment.

Trump fired Bannon because of the swampers who had his ear.

If Trump has any serious eye on neutering the administrative State, then Bannon should be brought back aboard.

How about Cornell West? Oh man I would just love to see that!

No bigger fraud in the history of history than Ron Paul.

He is also almost 90.

I heard Pompeo is hoping for Sec of Defense

Such a "big fraud" that the neocon scum RNC had to steal his delegates in 2012.

He's just the man to burn that shot show to the ground.

The RNC has a responsibility to nominate someone capable of winning.
Paul had never even won a state race.
He had a very loyal but small cult following.

Same thing with Bernie, no chance in a national race.

You want to know why there is so much raw contempt for the establishment GOP, this is it right here.

He and Rick Santorum earned prime time speaking slots and roles in building the platform, and had them stolen from them.....Justifying that theft is despicable.

You could be right. Especially since it was the mismatch of Bannon and John Kelly that most likely precipitated Bannon's exit. And since it is Kelly who turned out to be the wolf in sheep's clothing, I should probably rethink that.

I do know Bannon and Trump haven't always agreed on everything, but then Trump doesn't require agreement.
