Trump Breaks Ground on 13,000 Job Plant

The tariffs will bring even more jobs to America in the future. This venture was pre tariff.

And cost Wisconsin four or five billion dollars.

We saw this before with Carrier.

When companies come into the state, they're supposed to bring money into the state. If you keep paying them, you run out of money.

This is the benefit of having an intelligent, successful businessman as President rather than the socialist who never held a job we had before. Or the socialist who never held a job who was defeated in 2016

Dishonest as the day is long.

Tax credits are not "paying them". Wisconsin is not cutting a check. The total amount is caped at $3 billion and that number could go down. It is based on the number of jobs created. Not to mention the construction of the $10 billion dollar facility.

If tax credits are "paying them", then all the damn deadbeats in high tax states that are escaping their fair share of federal taxes due to SALT deductions are being paid. Time to end all SALT deductions. Trump tried and the greedy liberals flipped out.

President Trump broke ground on facility that will probably provide 13,000 jobs in the United States. Keeps on winning!
LIVE: Officials celebrate Foxconn groundbreaking

Wisconsin is getting bilked by a company with a history of massive promises that it never fulfills to the tune of the largest taxpayer subsidy of a foreign corporation in U.S. history.

We whine about other countries subsidizing their industries and then we give on single plant more than 4 billion dollars in subsidies!

Trump bashers have a habit of jumping into things while they're still in midstream, or even just getting started. AFTER all is said and done, we'll all be able to assess all this clearly and correctly.

At least the foreign nationals are will to open up manufacturing plants in the US, American ones, no such luck, even Trump has all his families enterprise products produced in China.
What "products produced in China" ? I've never heard of that ?

Products for his current wife and ex-wife's business, the President has textiles/clothing made overseas and in countries like Mexico. What he says and what he does is not one in the same.

Trump zealots have the same habit, declaring victory before the first pitch is thrown.

But, let me ask you, does any of this sound a lot like what we heard today...because it seems to be almost word for word what is being said in Wisc.

When Taiwan’s Foxconn Technology Group agreed in April 2011 to make Apple products here, President Dilma Rousseff and her advisers promised that up to $12 billion in investments over six years would transform the Brazilian technology sector, putting it on the cutting edge of touch screen development. A new supply chain would be created, generating high-quality jobs and bringing down prices of the coveted gadgets.

Brazil's iPhone investment falls short on promises of jobs, lower...
