Trump Demands Supreme Court Rein In Lawless Leftwing Tyrants in Judge's Robes

You need to prove that idiotic statement. The USSC is the top of the legal food chain, period.
Yes, the Supreme court is the top of the judicial system when it comes to reviewing cases of lower courts but they have no control over lower court judges. They can not hire, fire, nor discipline judges.

This district judge did exactly what he should have done. The ACLU brought the case to court and the DOJ offered no defense. When the judge ask questions and clarifications, the DOJ could not provide satisfactory answers. However, it was the goverment failing to wait for a court decision and continuing the deportation that resulted in the injunction.

Trump is breaking the law. Just because he is doing it to the people you racists want it done to doesn't change this. And it's not going to stop with the people you don't like. When they are gone, Trump will get you.

Yep, congress controls the district courts. I don't think even congress (or the president?) can fire district judges?

The president can not fire federal judges. If he could, the only judges on the bench would be trusted Trump supporters.

Congress approves the president's federal judge appointments. Congress can remove judges through the impeachment process.

So the easiest way to punish/manage judges that do "Lawfare" is for the House to defund their district(s).

How would that put pressure on federal judges. They are not elected and they only hear federal cases. Also most federal judgeships are filled by candidates from other parts of the country so it is unlikely that a federal district judge will come from the district he or she is appointed.

The case was brought to the district court by the plaintiff, the ACLU. The DOJ appear for government but failed to adequately answer the judges questions and the government continued with it's deportation plans which lead to the injunction.
An injunction. That's what I said.

There is no "tap dancing" around the fact that leftists like the ALCU "judge shop" for liberal judges outside of the district involved. The deportations came from TX, so why was the case filed in the DC district? Because of the liberal judges.

Mike Johnson said that Congress will look at defunding districts that do not stay in their lane.

This is overdue. If SCOTUS doesn't do something about the lawfare in this Country, we're going to find ourselves without a Judicial System, maybe -- Altogether.

It's all bluff anyway. Courts have no real enforcement authority. They have no Police, no Soldiers no -- Nothing.

Trump could just start ignoring them completely and what are they gonna do about it? Send him a sternly worded letter??

Leftwing hacks have been overstepping their bounds and elevating themselves to Acting President:

Judge blocks Trump from revoking clearances of firm connected to Russia-collusion hoax

Thousands of fired federal workers must be rehired immediately, judge rules

Trump is demanding that the Supreme Court rein in the hacks.
Let me ask a simple question

"Do these left-wing judges invent laws or use existing laws to make their judgements?"

They INVENT Laws. Period.

And when the law doesn't suit their biases, they simply rule that it actually does. It's called, "Court-Made Law" or "Case Law" and when that doesn't work, they ignore it and make another 'precedent'.

The Judicial Branch IS the Deep State

But you'll quibble with that, we all know you will. You are like every other leftist in the world, the only thing that atters is what YOU want and everybody else can go to hell.

You are not using your mind and are simply a puppet talking for Trump.

Judges cannot invent laws because they automatically be struck down. Judge Boasberg used these

Definition:
Due process, as enshrined in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, means that the government cannot deprive a person of "life, liberty, or property" without following established legal procedures.

On top of that, the appeals court supported the ruling, meaning there were two separate courts that ruled against Trump.

If you do not stop being a trained puppy for Trump and start using your brain and do the research needed to find out what the facts are, you will be labeled as an idiot.

Federal judges, including Supreme Court justices, answer to the Constitution and the law, and can be removed from office through impeachment by Congress.
Yes, but...
District and appellate courts are bound by both precedent and orders from, and subject to review by, the SCotUS.
They are indeed responsible to the Supreme Court.

SCOTUS is indeed very powerful but there are limits on that power. They can overrule lower court judges and demand that lower courts follow their ruling in their decisions. However, they can not directly discipline or fire lower court judges.

The greatest power over federal judges is held by congress. Congress can censure or through impeachment remove them from office.

A Democratic victory next year would become inevitable.

That would result in an impeachment and a possible conviction.

The wild card would be the military.
Trump is talking about conquering Canada and Greenland. I do not think the U.S. military would do that. I certainly hope not.

Trump is the most dangerous president I can think of. He really is serious about achieving dictatorial power.

Our judicial system has a method of correcting such overreach by judges. A district judge's decision can always be overturned by a court of appeals and the court of appeals decision can be overturned by the Supreme Court. So most of these wild decision by district judges are corrected by a higher court.

By statute, the chief judge of each district court has the responsibility to enforce the court's rules and orders on case. In addition the chief judge makes all assignment of cases, court rooms, and other resources. He or she answers to the president of United States, probably indirectly through the DOJ. When selecting judges for promotion or moving to other districts, the chief judge's recommendation is very import.

Although a chief judge of a district does not officially have the power to discipline a wayward judge, he can make life for that judge pretty unpleasant. That judge could find himself doing nothing but bail hearings and handling federal misdemeanors.

Congress can also defund them.
