He's bluffing on Canadian and Mexican tariffs. I suspect he has a few in his circle who will get their palms greased to ensure the tariffs don't go forward.

It may end up being the biggest promise he violates. There is a simple solution, he should hit China with another 50% and reap the rewards, maybe a global 10% tariff as well, but I don't see him hitting Canada and Mexico.

Of course I could be wrong, Trump has been promising such a response since the 1980s when he called out Americas allies for taking advantage of the U.S and now he is comfortably in his last term as president, he may just keep these promises. I don't know though, he doesn't seem committed as he usually is and for sure his circle around him will pressure him to not go forward with them.

Hit China with 50% and 95% of American workers will be happy, jobs will follow.
