Yeah, because I should listen to an America hater. I do know what I'm talking about and you can go get fucked. The judge has overstepped his authority and the Trump administration should ignore the order by appealing it.They can apply in the country they are currently occupying.
What they need to do is follow the Allstate model.
Like a good neighbor, stay over there.
A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from denying asylum to migrants who crossed the southern border illegally, saying the president violated a “clear command” from Congress to allow them to apply.
This ban is illegal, will put people’s lives in danger, and raises the alarm about President Trump’s disregard for separation of powers,” he said. “There is no justifiable reason to flatly deny people the right to apply for asylum, and we cannot send them back to danger based on the manner of their entry. Congress has been clear on this point for decades
I am not arguing that people cannot apply for asylum. I am saying they can do it right where they are. There is no need for them to come here first.
In fact, I am always amazed by people who argue that they should come here first so that they can then just disappear into our society never to be held accountable for their actions.
This is anti-American.
The judge didn't overstepped his authority you moron he's a judge trump is breaking laws. There's no proof that those people are killers, even going thru the port of entry is fine and to seek asylum but loser trump closed that down.
Immigration falls under the direct authority of the Executive. The SCOTUS has already ruled this.
Perhaps you should tend to your own fucking ignorance. Appeal the judgment and then ignore it while it works up to the SCOTUS.
Hey dumbass start looking things up of course you know nothing about politics find a new hobby please.
Trump can't ignore judges it's the law and it's wrong.I know you don't realize this is a political stunt.
However, the appealing party can file an appeal or supersedeas bond. The filing of this bond will prevent, or stay, further action on the judgment until the appeal is over by guaranteeing that the appealing party will pay or perform the judgment if it is not reversed on appeal.[/quote]In a civil case, an appeal doesn’t ordinarily prevent the enforcement of the trial court's judgment. The winning party in the trial court may order the judgment executed.
How Courts Work
Now stfu hater.
