trump is probably the most impulsive human to even sit in the WH. He has once again raised his interest in acquiring Greenland. he needs to pick up a history book and read some background on the country, before he wastes our tax dollar on another one of his real estate boondoggles.

It’s especially fitting that a real estate developer whose properties have declared bankruptcy multiple times is besotted with this particular landmass.

Actually, if it can be done, Greenland would be an absolutely great addition to the US.

The US bought a bunch of land in the past and was highly criticized for it at the times, going all the way back to buying Manhattan from the Indians for $24 dollars worth of fake jewelry. All of those investments have paid off handsomely.

That is true and accurate, but in those days the national debt did not exceed the GNP and the national infrastructure was not in such shape as it is today. What happened in the past does not necessarily mean it's relevant to today's situation. At this point it's just more Trump braggadocio and Denmark is not interested, but if it did come to pass there would be no benefit at all for the average working American.

The $7 trillion Biden added to the national debt, caused it to rise to about $37 trillion, which likely is beyond what can be sustained.
BRICS is attempting to supplant the US dollar as the world currency, and they now are likely to succeed.
The US is facing its worst economic disaster since 1929.
The US is exporting huge amounts of fossil fuel, even though the US only has about 1.5% of the world's fossil fuels, so will soon run out.
Inflation is still rampant with prices a third higher, and homelessness is rampant.
