In a Republic, actually
‘Trump was sued Thursday over the 20 percent tariffs he imposed on Chinese goods in the weeks leading up to Wednesday’s broader announcement.

It marks the first known legal challenge against Trump’s tariffs, which have fulfilled a campaign promise and rattled financial markets.

The lawsuit contests Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA), arguing the law authorizes asset freezes and similar economic sanctions, but not tariffs.

“Congress passed the IEEPA to counter external emergencies, not to grant presidents a blank check to write domestic economic policy,” the lawsuit states.

The suit was brought by the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), a conservative legal advocacy group, on behalf of Simplified, a Florida-based small business that sells planners and purchases products from China.

Filed in federal court in Pensacola, Fla., the suit asks a judge to declare Trump’s Chinese tariffs unlawful and block their implementation.’

A conservative legal advocacy group suing Trump; a small business owner, who likely voted for Trump finds out how stupid it was to vote for Trump, just wants to sell his Chinese planners – little book-like notepads.

And the little book-like planners will never be made in the US – Americans won’t work for $800 a month as Chinese workers do.

Such jobs aren’t ‘coming back’ – this is the idiocy of Trump’s tariffs and the small business owners who are harmed.

Who gives a fuck? Can we sue China for high tariffs?

Hmmm how about they do something like sue CHINA over their strong arm tactics like stealing our inovative technology? forcing our companies to give it up if they want to do business there?

yeah such jobs are never coming back to America as long as Democrats who have zero faith in the American people have anything to do with politics, and are allowed to impose their twisted will on society.

Trump will be sued and obstructed every day for the next 4 years. We don't care. We are sick to death of conniving politicians ripping us off. Trump is doing what we asked him to do. He is setting the stage for prosperity. Leave him alone and let's see if he/we win.
Stop playing the Nancy Pelosi Macarena:

Stop listening to their bullshit political games and start using common sense.
We are not turning the plane around. We will ask to be treated fairly. We will take our jobs back from China. We will strangle Russia with our gas and oil. Let the man try to do what he thinks will get us there. You have nothing to lose. He isn't going anywhere, and you have everything to gain if he pulls this off. Trying to cut him at the knee every day is nuts.

China has actually ended American companies by first making their products in China and then later stealing their patents/ intelectual property and flooding the market with cheaper products finally driving them out of business. Now your here worried about some guy who wants to sell a notebook made in China?
maybe you see China as the victim here? maybe you should grow a pear.

LOL good luck.
I'm wondering how much you care right now, as you watch your 401K melt down (if people who live in trailer parks have such investments), that Hunter Biden lied on a gun purchase application?

Yep, I've lost money these last few days, even with the defensive stance I have taken the last couple of months.

It's too late to make anymore changes though. All we can do now is ride it out.
