WASHINGTON –Incoming President Donald Trump will announce the end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants in an Executive Order on his first day of office, incoming White House officials said.

The federal government will no longer recognize the immediate citizenship of children of illegal immigrants born in the US “on a prospectivebasis,” the incoming official said on a call Monday morning.

Trump had discussed ending birthright citizenship on the campaign trail, but the action could raise legal questions, as the 14th amendment states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Now before you all start, I quit caring about "legal" a while ago. We just need to get the needful done.

Those that are against immigration, both legal and illegal, are clueless. Immigrants, both illegal and legal, have lower incarceration rates, lower use of hospital rates, higher rates of entrepreneurship, and they pay tqxes, billions of dollars worth to Social Security alone, knowing they will get nothing in return.
