“I'm happy to report that we made substantial progress between the United States and China in the very important trade talks,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said in a statement. “First, I want to thank our Swiss host. The Swiss government has been very kind in providing us this wonderful venue, and I think that led to a great deal of productivity we’ve seen. We will be giving details tomorrow, but I can tell you that the talks were productive.

Temper your enthusiasm.

These are not 'trade deals' proper. These are agreements on the framework.

Celebrate when the deals are actually finished and signed. Lets keep level heads here.

It will be funny to watch the morons on the left respond to this. All we've heard for months is tariffs will lead to a recession, increase prices, and the stock market will collapse.
