In a significant policy shift, the U.S. Department of Education has scrapped over $350 million in contracts linked to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, reshaping federal funding priorities in education.

The Gateway Pundit reported that President Donald Trump issued an ultimatum to all federally funded educational institutions to eliminate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within 14 days, or face the complete withdrawal of federal funding.
Following the ultimatum, woke programming at the U.S. Department of Education is finally starting to be cut.
On Thursday, investigative reporter Chris Rufo shared “a trove of insane videos, slides and documents from the Department of Education. The whole department functions like a Ponzi scheme for left-wing ideologies” on X.

On Friday, The U.S. Department of Education announced $350 million in cuts:
Today, the U.S. Department of Education canceled over $350 million in contracts and grants to several Regional Educational Laboratories and Equity Assistance Centers.
The Department terminated 10 contracts totaling $336 million with the Regional Educational Laboratories, the purpose of which are supposed to support applied research, development, and technical assistance activities; however, review of the contracts uncovered wasteful and ideologically driven spending not in the interest of students and taxpayers.

The Department also terminated grants to four Equity Assistance Centers totaling $33 million, which supported divisive training in DEI, Critical Race Theory, and gender identity for state and local education agencies as well as school boards.
The Institute of Education Sciences (IES) shares, “The nation’s 10 Regional Educational Laboratories partner with educators and policymakers nationwide. REL work is change-oriented, supporting meaningful local, regional, or state decisions about education policies, programs, and practices designed to improve learner outcome.”

Perhaps now our children will be taught the the "R's" including some real history and Social Studies....
Under the Obama/Biden and Randi Weingarten regime, the CRT/DEI circular was designed to keep the next generation hating each other...teach black children they are oppressed and to hate the oppressor white kids and teach the white kids to hate themselves until they resent the black kids and the hate keeps going. Remember when they used to sing about how Everyone is beautiful, in their own way? Neo-Marxist Democrats now teach Everyone is ugly if you don't think our way.
The Biden administration, AKA Obama part 3, and their "Fundamental Transformation of America", tainted just about every American institution with the stain of CRT, DEI, race and sex discrimination. Something that so called Liberal Democrats claimed they fought for could be considered impressive if it weren't so despicably that it became so evil and anti-American.
