Nah, Putin is with the Russian security Council, perhaps he can get suspenders there:

Tuesday, July 22nd, Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting of the Russian Security Council. The meeting will focus on ensuring the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia, the press service of the Kremlin reports.

"On July 22, 2014, under the chairmanship by Russian President Putin, the meeting of the Security Council will be held to consider a range of issues related to ensuring the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation," the message from the press service of the Kremlin says.

Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev will deliver a report at the meeting, Interfax reports.

US: Iran Missile Test Likely Violated UN Resolution
October 13, 2015 - The White House says Iran likely breached United Nations rules when it tested a long-range ballistic missile last weekend.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said there were "strong indications" that Tehran "did violate U.N. Security Council resolutions that pertain to Iran's ballistic missile activities."

Image released by official website of the Iranian Defense Ministry claims to show the launching of an Emad long-range ballistic surface-to-surface missile in an undisclosed location.

But the White House spokesman added that those violations are "entirely separate" from the historic nuclear deal reached between Iran and world powers.

Iran announced Sunday it had successfully tested a new domestically produced long-range missile, which it said was the first that could be guided all the way to targets.
