Beware the power of Grumpy Old Men!

Putins got a real problem on his hands. The Ukranians have hacked Russian Federation communications while shutting down the Communications Hub in Kharkiv....so they know everything coming from where and when.

On top of this the Ukranians shut down the Power plant in Kharkiv. And that will have far reaching complications. From water to sewage....that's another problem to solve requiring more troops. (Including food)

Portable generators don't fix a water system or sewage system. (Too much power needed) Grocery stores can't operate without power either.

They need money but they know how to make them more easy . putin just can not use them in Ukraine. i dont think that he has many more ( quite )healthy 40-50 y.o. bums . Conscripts that did not want to be drafted into war usually make the worst soldiers. They are only good for "meat shields" and grunt labor (ditch digging).
So since they are usually not worth the training Russia does not invest anything into them....they refuse to learn how to be a soldier.
However....there's always a few that actually try hard and survive somehow.

However,
Conscripted soldiers out of your enemy's conscripted soldiers actually works better than you would think. Give them more training, decent food and pay, and they believe they will have a way to survive this war...and they will fight for you.

Kinda odd....but it works.
