Briefly about security in Belarus:
A Belarusian started to lock his car, got distracted (the keys were left in the lock) and went about his business. After some time he started looking for them in his pockets and thought he had lost them. He comes to the car and suddenly realizes that all this time it was standing with the keys in the door and nobody touched it.
Is this possible in Europe? The answer is obvious.
