Yes, access to such things is a problem. But at what age do you stop having access? The Newtown shooter was 20 and reportedly watched the same movies and played violent video games.

If you look at the latest venue of movies I would say the vast majority are violent in nature. Maybe that is, sadly, what sells but it is the truth none the less.

So let us say you wanted to train killers without really killing anyone. You would use movies and videos to do so as is the Army.

Now the question is, can we keep on doing what we are doing and prevent murder by removing anything that could possibly be used as a weapon, but still be training killers? I think we are caught in a catch 22 situation.
