USAID Official Orders All Remaining Employees to Shed All Remaining Documents

Here is the court filing to stop the action.

It contains the screen shot of the email ordering the shredding.

So...

#1 Who is Erica Carr (Acting Executive Secretary)?
#2 Who appointed her to this position in the Trump Administration?
#3 By what authority did she direct the shredding?

If it was under the orders of the Trump Administration, who and why?

If she was attempting to impede operations through the unauthorized shredding of classified documents she should be charged with a crime under the Federal Records Act and prosecuted.

What we know:

Funny things is,

The link to the document containing the email was posted long ago, you just never read it.

see, your demofk con game I don't play. so unless you have anything resembling an order from Trump or his secretary, you got jack shit sherlock. I'm laughing at you now, your effort is lame.

You claimed:

Trump and Rubio decided to keep her in a leadership role.

Prove it.
Cite / copy / paste the text where the Trump administration made this decision.

Trump is President, Rubio is Secretary of State.

She's still in her position.

Therefore Trump and Rubio decided to let her stay as lead in an organization that has drawn much attention and was being shut down.

They allowed her to keep her leadship role instead of replacing her.

Logic doesn't need a cite/copy/paste - something it just takes thinking.

Post a link to what? That she's the current head of the remnants of the USAID as part of the Trump Administration?

She's in the news, lookup her position yourself.

As I expected - you cannot deliver actual proof of your claim, only your unsubstantiated suppositions.

Next.

What proof, that she's the Agency head of USAID?

See post #25, that proof was provided long ago.

Be specific...

What claim?

She sent the email, that is part of the court case and the document was posted in Post #25.

She is the leader of USAID and holds that position under the Trump Administration.

All I've called for it to know if she took the action on her own (for which she should be prosecuted) or if she was ordered to do so by superiors.

Don't you want to know how the order for a shredding party of classified documents and personnel files came about?

USAID Official Orders All Remaining Employees to Shed All Remaining Documents

11 Mar 2025 ~~ Ace of Spades HQ

Politico:
A senior official at USAID instructed the agency's remaining staff to convene at the agency's now-former headquarters in Washington on Tuesday for an "all day" group effort to destroy documents stored there, many of which contain sensitive information.
The materials earmarked for destruction include contents of the agency's "classified safes and personnel documents" at the Ronald Reagan Building, said an email sent by USAID's acting executive director, Erica Carr, and obtained by POLITICO.
"Shred as many documents first, and reserve the burn bags for when the shredder becomes unavailable or needs a break," the email said. Carr instructed staff to label the burn bags with the words "SECRET" and "USAID/B/IO/" (agency shorthand for "bureau or independent office") in dark Sharpie.
The email didn't provide any reason for the document destruction.

Unbelievable.
But wait -- the Highly Suspicious Shredding Party is Trump's fault, Politico has decided.
The effort also underscores the tumultuous way in which the Trump administration is dismantling an agency that once managed a $40 billion annual budget and had more than 10,000 staff around the world.
Trump made them destroy evidence of their lawbreaking!

Commentary:
Hmmm...., Burn bags? Aren't they used at the CIA, DNI and embassies? Why would a Federa; agency located in Washington D.C. require "Burn Bags"
Even the State Dept just uses shredders.
Would the DoJ consider this as an act of obstruction and destruction of Government property, destruction of evidence?.
Destroying government documents is a felony. Arrest all that committed the crime and charge them hard.
Obviously, the effort also underscores the tumultuous way in which the Trump administration is dismantling an agency that once managed a $40 billion p;os annual budget and had more than 10,000 staff around the world.
Nothing says GUILTY like shredding fucking documents...
Seems Neo- Marxist Democrat had apoplectic fits over a general taking his binder home as just some sort of beyond the pale irresponsible treatment of government documents.

Not suspicious or anything.

I hope the FBI is on the way to arrest them all.

Be specific...
What claim?
I have been -plenty- specific.
Proof of your claim that Trump/Rubio made the conscious decision to keep her on - as opposed to, say, she's still there because they haven't gotten around to replacing her yet.

Your claim, onus is on you.

She's the leader of USAID, an agency that has been in the news ALOT.

So either they choose to keep her or are incompetent and didn't fire her after making such a big stink about the agency as part of DOGE and in the news.

Which is it?

Thank you for demonstrating you cannot prove your claim.

Learn from your mistakes.

And.. She's the executive secretary.
This is an administrative and support, not leadership, position

In which case she would not have authority to order the destruction on her own.

Which makes the question: "Did she send the email and order it on her own or did she do it as the direction of her superiors?".
