And 100 years ago there was no such thing as organ transplants. Today we have kidney, heart, lung, etc transplants. Why not Uterus? Doesn't seem too complex too me. And why not in the future have them bio-printed based on your dna?

I don't know what the future will bring. Neither do you. Today, men cannot get pregnant. Fact.

If I lose my kidneys and some late donor has one available, a kidney transplant is a great swap out.

But if a biological male wants a uterus, they won’t be replacing anything. And it would involve a need for other organs getting installed too.
