Utah AG Appeals Marriage to SCOTUS For Stay that Includes Clerks

"Marriage means 1st-Tier adoption priveleges of orphaned kids. Harvey Milk sodomized a minor orphaned teen, among many others like him, while officiating as his father. Gays worship Harvey Milk. This presents a problem. Utah v Harvey Milk should be an interesting case.. >Federal and State laws require you report suspected or potential child endangerment."

Certainly there are great laws meant to protect children, as obviously should be. QUESTION: But this brings up a question due to your signature regarding Harvey Milk. Is that why the United States Postal Service has dedicated a brand new Postage Stamp to Harvey Milk? It's out now you know and available for purchase. I've heard of the controversies surrounding this matter however, the bottom line is that the USPS still went ahead and issued the stamp in honor of Mr. Milk. They obviously had to do their research on this matter before taking such action and still thought enough about him such as to dedicate a new postage stamp to Mr. Milk. If there had been something terribly wrong or questionable with his history many believe they would not have taken that position and would have certainly refrained from that action such as to issue a stamp in his honor.

Now back to the regularly scheduled argument.
Does one have to mail anything at all to be wise about these things? :D

I guess you have not seen the video of the postal worker throwing packages into a huge trench to keep from having to deliver them. :eusa_whistle:

Our postal service, no wonder UPS and FedEx are so successful.

DENVER (AP) - A federal appeals court ruled Friday that Oklahoma must allow gay couples to wed, marking the second time it has found the U.S. Constitution protects same-sex marriage.

The decision from the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholds a ruling that struck down Oklahoma's gay marriage ban. But the Denver-based court immediately put its decision on hold pending an appeal, meaning same-sex couple won't be allowed to marry in Oklahoma for now.

The 2-1 ruling comes after the same three-judge panel ruled in June that Utah's ban on same-sex marriage violates the Constitution. It was the first time an appellate court determined that last year's U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act meant states couldn't deny gays the ability to wed. That ruling also is on hold, and Utah's attorney general has said he plans to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.Court rules for gay marriage in Oklahoma case - KFVS12 News & Weather Cape Girardeau, Carbondale, Poplar Bluff
