I thought he already did it? Isn’t the goal of the Republican Party? Dirty air and dirty water? They are a dirty party so you would expect….....

When I see this, I see a terrible mess that needs to be cleaned up. But when Republicans see it, they see a job incomplete. You can still see water. And that’s the difference between us and the Republican Party.
