Uninformed, brainwashed and not very smart. As someone who has LIVED through the past 50 years of the Republican March to overturn Roe, the Democrats have made multiple attemps to codify Roe, only to have the Republican Party block passage of such legislation in the Senate. Including under Bill Clinton, in 1993. At that time there were numerous Democrats who wouldn't vote for it either. Every Democratic President except Jimmy Carter has tried to codify Roe.

Obama spent his first two years dealing with the economic crash and passing the ACA. After 2010, he never had a majority in the House, and when Nancy Pelosi passed such a law during the last Congress, Mitch McConnell refused to bring it to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

So yeah, Democrats need to fund raise on this travesty, retain the House, and get a supermajority in the Senate if you want your rights protected, you dumb bitch, because the Republicans are going to put in a nationwide ban if you don't.

Congress has NO CONSTITUTIONAL POWER to make any laws that impact human reproduction, abortion, sodomy, marriage, or any other related subject. See the Tenth Fucking Amendment.
