We re in a Constitutional Crisis By Judges

It's perfectly sustainable as it's been the situation for decades. It's like when SCOTUS confirmed the district court preventing Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport people.

We didnt have injunctions for decades, or at least virtually none. Trump got 16 within a couple months. This isnt sustainable, therefore the SC will rule against it, 9-0.

That’s because every other president exercised restraint and Trump has decided to smash norms and legal boundaries making it necessary to slow things down.

No, its because judges exercised restraint in the past, but democrats put a bunch of activist judges on the bench that have no qualms about abusing their power, which is why the SC will rule in favor of Trump.

The feeling that a judge assigned to the eastern shore of Maryland can override and dictate to Trump and make a pronouncement effecting All of America is absurd beyond the pale

Consider the things he’s gotten injunctions about.

Using the Alien Enemies Act to send people to a foreign gulag is totally unprecedented. An emergency injunction is appropriate because Trump was doing everything he could to send the people out of the country without the courts getting involved and because once they are out of the country, there’s nothing the courts can do about it.

I mean, every time SCOTUS upholds a lower court ruling, they’re saying that lower courts have authority over the president. This idea makes no sense.
SCOTUS does not agree with district courts every time, but too often to suit me.
If/when SCOTUS rules it proves co-equal branch power as per the Constitution.
What makes no sense is Trump obeying the district courts.

Why didnt the judge just limit his decision to Garcia then? Nooo, he had to make it a nation wide injunction. We sent Garcia home, and he isnt in that notorious prison anymore anyway. He was only there briefly. He is a citizen of El Salvador. He is where he belongs and no judge is going to force a foreign nation to hand over one of its citizens.

The judge overstepped his authority because, he is an activist judge, which the SC WILL remedy.

Broken or in due process for a determination?
Restate your question. I suspect he has done both and has definitely ignored the courts (including the Supreme Court) in his lawless attempt to simply ignore law he does not agree with, without going through Congress to have law changed.

Much of what is being imposed has never been imposed before and does not have a base in law nor legal precedent. The judiciary branch does not run the USA even with 1.5% of its total body attempting to do so

They simply deal with the laws on the books, and Constitutional issues, with the Supreme Court being the ultimate arbiter of what is written in the Constitution, in support or ruling out lower court interpretations. President must act within Constituional and legal limits, unless gaining dictatorial power over the country, the two houses of Congress and the courts. That is just the way it is, under our constitution, as I am certain you support Constitutional rule.

We do, that's why we voted out the Dims......

You voted out the Democrats due to the open borders, and Kamala not being ready for prime time.
That too, but your lecture on the Constitution should be for your party, not mine.
Kamala not being ready for prime time.....ha, that's a good one. How about the fact she was never vetted as a candidate.

Black females only need apply
He should be in jail for that alone

without going through Congress to have law changed.
You think democrats in Congress and Senate will vote for any law that Trump pushes, particularly one that helps get rid of illegals? They wont and you know they wont, so what youre really saying is, the president shouldnt do anything to remove millions of illegals. A democrat president can flood the nation with illegals without making the Senate pass a new law, but a conservative president cant send them back with a new law.

Nah dude, fuck that. If this is what you guys expect, then how about we just tell you to fuck off and we ignore your dipshit judges? Yeah, i think thats what we will do, and we wont get one iota of pushback from voters over it. Easy win for us. :dunno:
