Go here for a write up that I saw today. From what I gather, the guy feels that having an awesome stage production is more important than how good the music is or isn't. What is everyone else's take on this matter?

P.S. To me, the music is what should come first because it is how the act on the stage introduces themself to the world. Everything else should be second. In other words, to blow all of your pay on making sure that your stage looks so extravagant in my opinion is way over doing it.
