In practical terms English is already the official language of the USA. Codification of this fact, highly likely, will demand official codification of American English, and, say, official demand of studying it in schools.

In some countries with official state languages they restrict schools (even private) with education on other languages.
If they are not citizens, why are you catering to them? American citizens mist speak English. EOS.
