It's actually against the law to run an organizations whose main business is breaking the law.

It's a violation of RICO, which is the law that the government uses to break up organized crime rackets.

Antifa, an organization that breaks the law constantly, is an obvious target of a RICO prosecution.

Why isn't this happening?

Because they are a bunch of loosely organized idiots who are naive enough to believe that communism will work. Nobody takes them seriously, except to the extent that they are a violent group of morons.

What Antifa is, is a terrorist organization, and that's ALSO illegal to run a terrorist organization.

It's like the Weimar Republic, the cops never arrested the brownshirts.
