Will Republicans win a veto proof majority in the House and Senate?

If Republicans impeached over a blow job they will find some petty reason to impeach Biden
I predicted when Pelosi and crew launched their first impeachment of TRUMP!, that it was inevitable at that moment, the next democrat president who faced a Republican Congress was going to get the same treatment, and here we are. Better plan on it happening.

But the constitution leaves it to the states to manage their own elections. The Const (or civil war amendments) also makes it illegal for a state to discriminate on the basis of race. But it is not unconstitutional to discriminate against voters likely to vote for one party or another.
This is why the voters rights bill needs to be signed.

But if voters in states have a constitutional right to elect state legislators who will gerrymander on voting tendencies (and not merely to keep a people belonging to a race from voting) how can the fed govt pass a law depriving state voters of that right?

It's a given that Republicans will win the House and Senate in the 2022 midterms. The party out of power has won the House and Senate since WWII during the midterms.

Joe can veto whatever the Republicans want to do. It's in the Constitution.

Will the win be big enough to give Republicans a veto proof majority where they can override Joe's veto?
They'd have to win 17 seats in the Senate. Won't happen. Its going to be a bloodbath for the Democrats though...

Because states are not allowed to transgress on citizens' right to vote, that's unconstitutional, which is what's currently going on.

Like the racist cops, they wanted to impeach President Barack Hussein Obama for being President while black.
Evidence? And it can't be because you say so. Obama was half white, don't forget that part.

If the Democrats don't do right by black Americans, they're liable to lose it all.

They need to snap out of their rightwing stupor.
You are always the racist… first neither party cares about blacks… Democrats pass laws to keep black down and feeling like victims… the GOP writes them off since they will vote for Demorats regardless..

It is the other Americans you need to worry about! The out of control inflation, piss poor economic recovery, and stupid work politics are turning off all other Americans, including Asian and Latinos.
