Congress is paid for by all of us. For a party to routinely stop proceedings is stinking up Congress. And big time stink comes from them. Proof is right here. And also notice who is absent. They get paid to be absent. Can we notify Congress we object and will you do this?

It was overwhelmingly a GOP rejection. Jotathot won't tell you the truth.

Jotathought It was a bi-partisan effort to deny it, so nice try.
When one Democrat get's onboard for Republic legislation, it's called bi-partisan. Touche.

At least 4 Democrats and 1 Independent voted against it, and it required a 60 majority vote.

It was a bi-partisan effort that feel short because so many GOP voted against it.

As noted… it requires a 60 vote majority. Which it would have had with Republicans if had Trump not intervened.
If every Dem had voted for it it would not have passed. If only the Republicans who helped draft it and a few more had voted for it… it would have passed
