Not only are they defending the illegal action of the judge, they want more of it.
We have one Wisconsin state legislator saying it is okay for a judge to violate the laws.
We have the Governor openly advocating not to help ICE, in spite of Federal laws superseding any state laws per Article VI Supremacy Clause.
Why are Democrats openly rebelling, as in 1861, to protect illegal aliens? Well, at the very least, illegals get counted for purposes of apportionment (hopefully Congress will change that).
We do know Democrats in many places advocate illegals voting in city or town elections, and have passed laws to that effect in several localities (NYC's attempt was tossed by that state's highest court).
No problem. The Trump just needs to expand the size of our federal prison system, arrest all politicians, judges and law enforcement that deliberately thwart federal laws, prosecute them, lock them up and throw away the keys.
We don't get to pick and choose what laws we obey and ignore the others and as the old saying goes, "ignorance of the law is no excuse." We are a nation of laws.
Personally, I'd like to drive through school zones at 35mph when the warning lights demand 20mph speed. If I disobey that law, I get a penalty/ticket.
Personally, I'd like to just march into someone's mansion and live in it, tossing out the original owner. For some strange reason, I can't. Oh yeah, it's against the law (trespassing).
Personally, I'd like to chop the hands of all thieves like they do in Islamic countries. For some reason, I'm not allowed. Oh yeah, laws.
Personally, I'd like to try out LSD, just to see what it's like, but damn, there's the law again.
Personally, when I see a Lamborghini go down the street, I'd love to take it for myself, since I can't afford one. Oops, there's the pesky laws again.
If I break any of the laws, including the ones I'd like to, I could go to jail. Because some other person, regardless of race or ethnicity would receive the same punishment, the law is fair. Laws are different for those who are not citizens for a reason. If you don't like a law, convince the legislators in D.C., to abolish old ones and enforce new ones.
Being in an established nation is similar to being in a "club," you want those joining the club to respect the club's rules. You must reject those that would beat or rape the women, or men, not steal or rob from people, their homes or businesses, not sex traffic people into the club, not plot murdering people because their religion or lack thereof is different than those in the club and so on and so forth.
Remember, when people like Garcia who was deported back to El Salvador, he "was" given due process AND, he like the majority of the others deported had committed crimes. That disqualifies them to stay here, as they are NOT citizens in "our" club AND, they've created VICTIMS, whom people like you, don't care the slightest about.
