The Heartland went for Trump in 2016 and was never going to the Dems so they are not a factor. There has been plenty of very damning evidence and testimony against Trump that may swing Purple states to the Dems. I also can not answer that question, but I can tell you that most all of polling suggest that at this time, Virginia moved from solidly blue back into up for grabs status in the 2020 election.
