WOAH! Tom Homan warns mayors and governors: “Review Title 8 U.S.C. § 1324 - It’s a felony to harbor illegal aliens. Don’t cross that line.”

For starters, they have a better work ethic than your teenage slacker who can barely get the right condiments on your hamburger.

A Democratic voter for certain.

A lazy, overweight American who is only showing up because they are holding up his assistance checks if he doesn't pretend to show up at a work place.

Another Democratic voter for certain.

But to the point, I was talking about jobs like picking lettuce, scrubbing toilets, and other jobs Little Sally wouldn't do, and neither will Letisha if you threaten to hold up her food stamps. (Chances are, she already has a minimum wage job.)

It is amazing that you think you can get away with your racial stereotyping without being called out. "Little Sally" is the middle-class white girl who is too posh to pick lettuce and "Letisha" is black woman getting food stamps.

The reason you, and other like you suffering from extreme while guilt, believe that all white people are racists is because you harbor those feelings yourselves and believe that everyone must think like you. We don't, thank God. White liberal Democrats believe that racism is a bigger problem than blacks and Hispanics. Let that sink in.

Oh, I can get away with anything, because I just don't care.

The stupidity is thinking that if you hold up people's assistance checks, they are going to happily take the crap jobs that undocumented immigrants are currently doing.

Blacks and Hispanics voted overwhelmingly for Harris.

It's white people who put Trump over the top.

Homan's new position seems to have gone to his head. He should realize that he has no power to arrest Governors and Mayors, at all.

You’ll make an excellent defense attorney for them
You don't seem to be following.

They didn't need defense attorneys then and won't need them now. Because they are not breaking the law.

The theater for the rubes fooled you pretty good.

I don't think I would assume that.
ICE is a law enforcement agency, tasked with enforcing federal immigration laws and regulations.
If a mayor or governor or whatever directly obstructs ICE on performing its official duties, they open themselves to arrest and charges.

ICE would have to get some other group to do the arrest. Enforcing immigration and customs law doesn't give them the power to do anything to the obstructionists.

"Generally speaking, ICE cannot legally detain US citizens, as they only have authority to arrest individuals who entered the country illegally."

I think you are going to have a very hard time of "I'm not sending people to help" to be grounds for a felony.

But if Homan wants to waste resources trying, I'm good with that.

Again, your hard on for immigrants ends with the first crying child saying, "Where's my mommy?"
