Would the Trump Admin go easier on Mexican immigrants

If they spoke English?
If they didn't reproduce at a rodents pace?

I ask this seriously. Trump talked about maybe developing a merit based program that would open a pathway to citizenship. These seem like issues that could be worked around for the Mexican serious about coming here for a better life.

My grandfather was an immigrant who landed at Ellis Island. Why does the left continue to play word games and insult the real immigrants who made this Country great? At least be honest and call illegal immigrants what they are....criminals.

My guess is it has something weird to do with Mexico being a neighboring country. The semantics in that have grown through the years. I guess, according to the Left if we share dirt with X country our immigration laws are null and void?
