It may have been timely for the 80s but it wont travel well over time
The 60’s was the best followed by the 70’s and very little after that
I'm a 60's child , trapped in an 80's bandYeah, maybe. I'm still trapped in the 80s in pretty much every way myself, though.
But I like it like that.
I dunno if that's sadly pathetic or maybe I'm just lucky. Ha.

icon 80's Skye
especially fond of the 'backstep' firetruck shots, as it was just where i was at at that time 'towin' a line'...... ~S~
one from my past experience on that note Skye>Absolutely! perfect 80s sound!
perfect 80s sound!
Why does 80s music sound so distinct?
Beyond their signature use of audio equipment, the 1980s also defined themselves by spawning distinctive chords, melodies and rhythms. The use of “sus”, or suspended chords was very popular on keys and guitar.Apr 6, 2023

I am not basing my opinion only on what I happen to like but rather on what the cover bands are playing and the artists they respectI think the only 60s stuff I have is my Elvis stuff. Probably have some 70s stuff, but I don't know how to search my music player to see what I have by date.
Maybe some Juice Newton and some old country stuff.

Plus when advertisers need background music for their commercials its mostly 60’s and 70’s stuff
I played behind this kid we found at open mic nite Natty, he could do Elvis fairly well, so naturally we prostituted him for all he was worthI think the only 60s stuff I have is my Elvis stuff.
