Jan. 6th, The Law, and Nancy Pelosi's Dereliction of Duty

First of all, your claim is the Senate isn't even in charge of it. Now you saying the are.

Secondly, if Congress was in charge of it, the CPB would have only the 2 Sergeant-at-Arms on the board. No one else.
I made no claim, I stated facts, with links, in which you twist around until your reply does not reflect what you are responding to.

In charge of what? In charge of policing? In charge of declaring an emergency? In charge of protecting the legislative branch of government.

you need to speak in the context of the laws and be specific.

So nobody of any consequence. Thanks for clarifying.
Safety and Dignity; Comfort and Convenience A resolution directing an investigation into the safety of Members in light of alleged structural deficiencies in the Capitol gives rise to a question of the privileges of the House, as does a resolution directing the appointment of a select committee to inquire into fire safety of the environs of the House. A resolution directing the Sergeant-at-Arms to alert House personnel of the dangers of electronic security breaches gives rise to a question of the privileges of the House. Manual § 705.

And that they right the laws to protect themselves, just like every mayor in every city is responsible for security.

Laws governing security is one thing. Calling up the DCNG is another. That's governed by the Executive branch with the president the ultimate authority.

Again, you fail to comprehend that the executive branch of government can not unilaterally order Federal troops outside the executive branch's jurisdiction. You have seen the law that explicitly states how authorization is given.

The Capitol Police Board has 4 members.
One member is responsible to the speaker.
One member is responsible to the majority leader
One member is responsible to the president.
One member can't vote.

Sure looks like the president has about as much input on the Capitol board as Nancy Pelosi.

Says you. Meanwhile, the president is the ultimate authority over the DCNG for all of DC.

So? The House elects the Sergeant-at-Arms and the House can remove them from that position. WTF is your point?
You have no law approved by Pelosi giving her power over the CPB or in regard to J6.
There is no House rule that puts Pelosi in charge of the CPB.
Looks like you are wrong again, Pelosi has power over the CPB
