China's President Xi Jinping exchanged congratulations with U.S. President Joe Biden on the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries, the Chinese foreign ministry said on Monday.
Biden didn't congratulate them for being communist.
Trump did.

Why would any sane person be upset with having one day a year to honor such a victimized group in the first place. Transgender Day of Visibility has been celebrated on March 31st. Since 2009.
How are they 'victims'?
So are loonies that talk to invisible forties, they should all be in an asylum where it will be safe for society.Except that trannies aren't "victimized"....They're mentally ill people who need compassion and treatment, not the whole world bending to and enabling their delusions.

Transgender people are murdered at a rate 4 times that of the cisgender population. Plus we have republican states attempting to curtail their lives for no good reason.How are they 'victims'?

The National Institute of Health might be your best choice because you asked who was killing them. It is especially high in Black and Latino populations. They had the nerve to call it the Affirming Care Act. Nothing could be further from the truth. The governor put a regular MD in charge of it who knows nothing about transgenders , their families and their specialists doctors. Making it even more of a farce.
