Kamala's 'plan' is the same as Biden's was; make the rich pay their fair share. That's how they plan to fund all their giveaways. Kamala has admitted this. Biden talked a good show but would never actually do it. Even he knows that national economies are built from the top down, not from the 'middle out'.If Kamala has such a great plan, why did she wait 4 years to attempt to implement it?
