Me personally I would vote for that ticket Pete is intelligent, responsible and a good person he has the qualities to be a great VP and President, but picking Pete as the VP the campaign risk losing a significant number of what I call the Nikki Haley voters - Republican leaning voters that cannot stomach voting for Trump because of his character for disrespecting people, being a magnet for doing bad things and the like; many of these voters have a strong Christian or other religious leaning and would find it also intolerable voting for a Presidential ticket with a VP the person next in line to be President who is a gay man in a gay marriage they view such a lifestyle as sinful and an offense against God and so wouldn't vote for such a ticket!
