Yep...even in gun controlled Japan, the criminals get guns when they want to shoot someone....

6 gangsters arrested over 2011 shooting of construction worker

Six members of Kudo-kai, a major Japanese crime syndicate, have been arrested over the shooting of a construction company employee in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, in 2011, police said Friday.

The victim in his 50s was working for Shimizu Corp., which had refused to pay money to the group. According to the police, the group of suspects led by Futoshi Urita, 54, a senior member of the syndicate, fired a handgun at the victim shortly after 7 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2011, hitting him in the abdomen.

-----

Nine months after the shooting at the Shimizu construction site, a 72-year-old man running a local construction firm in Kitakyushu was shot dead.

The police arrested 12 Kudo-kai members in January over that killing and prosecutors have indicted eight of them.

The police presume that the shooting was a "warning" to other construction firms in Kitakyushu of what would happen if they did not do as ordered.

nope.

Could NOT have been guns.

They likely used ILLEGAL FIREARMS though, which are totally different from guns other wise.

:D
