60 Minutes Airs Scathing Segment on ‘First Felon in the Oval Office’ Despite Pressure to Avoid Sensitive Stories About Trump

Making the free press and Harvard neutral instead of political shills for democrats isn't lawfare, its turning bias into fair.
NPR is getting shut down. They are a waste of taxpayer money.
Harvard gets taxpayer money, they need to be more politically neutral.
The government “making” anyone neutral is about as anti constitutional as you can get

If Trump went astray of the law, that is what happens. If it’s lawfare appeal it.
A $500,000,000 fine for a wrong number on a loan application is bullshit, the appeals court even said so.
A "finger fuck" in a busy department store when the "victim" never screamed for help is also bullshit.
Those 34 "felonies" that Letitia James pushed to "get Trump" will soon bite her fat ass in VA, too delicious.
A corrupt administration can hold up a merger to extort CBS to settle a lawsuit, hand over money or change their coverage. That’s what is going on here.
The thing about "lawfare", if it is unjust appeal it to a higher court.

It wasn’t just a wrong number, it was a pattern of fraud that was pervasive through decades of financial reporting.

Sexual assault is pretty serious.

Falsifying business records is also illegal.

None of that’s lawfare, he broke the law.

‘Veteran 60 Minutes anchor Scott Pelley reported on President Donald Trump’s efforts to strong-arm some of the country’s top law firms into doing his bidding on Sunday night’s episode of the embattled CBS newsmagazine. Pelley’s segment pulled no punches in describing Trump’s efforts and reminding viewers that Trump is the “first felon” ever to sit in the Oval Office.

The segment raised eyebrows as it comes amid reporting that Shari Redstone, the head of CBS’s parent company Paramount Global, had pressured the show to delay “sensitive” stories that might anger Trump. Redstone is currently in talks to merge her company with Skydance Media, which will require the Trump administration’s approval. Additionally, Trump is currently suing 60 Minutes for tens of billions of dollars over its pre-election interview with then-Vice President Kamala Harris.’

Trump’s attack of law firms and his attack of the press for reporting facts and the truth about Trump are clear First Amendment violations.
Nobody really takes them seriously when they got caught editing news to try and help Harris when the election

We'll see after the appeals process. You say guilty, we say not guilty.

Scott Pelley is not a pushover. Everyone and their brother knows that when you stand up to wannabe bully Don, he backs down. Every time.

So you’re okay with Trump’s lawfare against ABC and CBS for saying things he doesn’t like?
Apparently lawfare is in the eye of the beholder.

We say "justice". We'll see what the appeals process says, is it legit or lawfare? Stay tuned.

It was also hilarious when your media told us for four years that Joe Biden was "sharp as a tack".

Yes. The biased partisans in MAGA can’t accept that Trump broke any laws so they hide behind “lawfare” and refuse to acknowledge facts.

Meanwhile Trump’s lawsuits against CBS are obvious attempts to suppress free speech and you don’t care.

Meh..free speech. I'm fine with it

It's not like i expected 60 minutes to run a positive story anyway

Trump didn't break the law, the judge and DA did.
Why can't you just wait for the appeals process to play out? Here is one legal expert opinion:
Meanwhile Trump’s lawsuits against CBS are obvious attempts to suppress free speech and you don’t care.
Here in the USA we can sue anyone for anything, that is free speech.
The judge will render a verdict, that can be appealed to higher courts, that is all free speech.

So more anti-Trump propaganda from the leftwing media?

Oh no!
