Abu Mazen is stretching the truth a bit here. The ORIGINAL emigrees were treated quite well in Jordan and Lebanon. It wasn't until the PLO and the radicals like Black September were PURGED from Lebanon and Jordan that they "threw them into prisons similar to the ghettos in which the Jews used to live".

The LATER migrants from Palestine are treated like cattle in those countries now.

Yes of course however the Jews did not commit ethnic cleansing or forcibly expel the Arabs, which is a myth perpetrated by pro Palestinians all the time.
