This capitalism-sarcasm tale was inspired by the fortune-dystopian films Swimming with Sharks and Money Monster (as well as the genetics-paranoia film Leviathan and Thomas Hobbes' book about unpredictable contracts of the same name).

This tale is meant to highlight some of the 'innocence-corruption features' of our consumerism-centric culture...

Enjoy!

There is a dark beast locked in a cage on Venus, a genetically-engineered abomination (or 'leviathan') by an intelligent alien species seeking to 'design' a perfect predator, one that never hesitates to strike for an opportunistic kill even when compelled to take rest due to some degree of fatigue. The Venutians call this leviathan the Hand-Man.

The Hand-Man was modelled after the capitalism-ambitious human species, which was being studied by Venutians for many years. The Venutians wanted to create a symbolic 'creature' that typified humanity's seeming obsession with social contracts based purely on profit and ambition (i.e., Wall Street). The Hand-Man is known to have great sensitivity to the weaknesses of its prey, and it can sense when its prey tries to change its mind while fleeing from it.

The Venutians designed a special video-game for human beings called Leviathan and placed it on the doorstep of a video-game design company owned by Microsoft on Christmas Day 2016. This video-game enables players to synthesize the touring experience of the predatory Hand-Man and simulate scenarios in which it hunts military-men, pedestrians, animals in the jungle, or even general large crowds of people. The Venutians designed the video-game as an anonymous 'thank-you note' to humanity, since Earth's consumerism-festive 'TrumpUSA' inspired the design for the actual creature.

If you ask the Hand-Man why it is relentless, it simply replies, "There is no profitability in hesitating to kill when a kill-shot is opportune, since survivalism dictates that speed and wrath are keys to domination." The reason the Venutians called the creature 'Hand-Man' is because it simply 'reaches' towards merciless fury (and because it resembles in immature ambition humanity under 'TrumpUSA'). The Venutians keep Hand-Man forever locked in its cage, since if it ever escapes, no one (or thing!) will ever be safe. Fortunately, you can purchase the Venutian video-game Leviathan with your American Express credit-card!
