A Very Hypothetical Scenario.What If Bernie Got 80% Of The Nevada Votes?,Does He Get 80% Delegates?

So are we going to see a repeat of Iowa again? What if Hillary gets "0 Votes" in Nevada, would the DNC still give her a "Fair Share" of the delegates? You know they would probably pull this stunt in Deep Blue States, even if Kernal Sanders wins in a 60/40 blow-out.
Assuming all goes well for Bernie in Nevada, with a probable 60/40 split, what do you think will happen with the delegates? And the same with an 80/20 landslide, You think the DNC will thumb their noses at the landslide and just grant "The Beast" 60% of the delegates?

lets say in Washington state, its Bernie 60% Hillary 40%. Bernie will get 20% of Delegates, Hillary gets 50%, and Josh Earnest gets 30%
