As I understand it, and rest assured, that with regulations that stand 7feet 3inches high, there is a good possibility that I DO NOT understand the law, the ACA (whic is, in and of itself is an oxymoron) will force business owners with 50 or more employees to participate in ths nonsense or face stiff fines and penalties.

The ACA, which promised to LOWER health care premiums, has already INCREASED mine by $2,332.87 this year alone. Next year promises even higher rates. And the year after, and the year after and the year after.....you get the point.

And, STILL, the left has failed to speak to the 21 tax increases that will come when "Obarrycare" is fully implemented. Nope. nor have they addressed the idea that some 17 million people (who are currently covered by private carriers) that might lose their healthcare. They just ignore it.....

Guy, it isn't just the 46 million people who don't have insurance that are the problem.

It's the 62% of bankruptcies linked to medical crisis, in which 75% of those people had health insurance when the crisis stated.

It's the fact that 25 million Americans have inadequate insurance.

It's that insurance companies are lowering the standard of coverage.

Back in the 1980's, we used to call HMO's "HOrrible Medical Options" because of how little they covered compared to traditional insurance plans.

Today, we look at HMO's as the good old days.
