Very vague details. A female officer in PA was attacked by a Hispanic male (described) who was 6'3 250 pounds. She was badly injured...but is going to survive. They found her dumped on a highway embankment and have no idea how she got there (likely an attempted kidnapping and she fought her way free).

At least she didn't shoot him though.

More info. She stopped to help a broken down driver. That's when the unknown man charged her, cut her with a knife, and THREW HER over a guard rail.

But hey....at least she "de-escalated" and didn't shoot!!
