Are Biden's issuance of presidential pardons going too far?

Of course it's a pardon.

Unless you want to start redefining words to fit your purposes, it's a pardon. Do you want to go down that road? It's very Orwellian.

So the President can pardon someone for all murders they might commit thus allowing them to murder?

A President, after he resigned, and to save the country already in trouble more drama.
And established the precedent that former presidents are untouchable no matter what they do, which is very harmful to the country.

Either way, it’s irrelevant. Preemptive pardons are legal and you Orwellian assholes are going to try to redefine words in order to suit your own political purposes.

Nope. He had to be pardoned for that.

They have never been challenged all the way to the SC.

Pardon power is plenary. SC can't attack it, unless of course they engage in another massive power grab where they think they invent their own veto power over presidential pardons.

Which is possible given how this SC operates.

They can and will review it. Again it's not the reason for the pardon being reviewed, its if pardons can be given to someone not even indicted for a crime.

Why would the lack of charges have anything to do with the pardon? Pardons are for offenses, not for charges.

That remains to be seen, because it has never been challenged before, because no President has done what Biden has done.
Only if you Orwellian fucks decide to start changing the meaning of words to suit your purposes.

Yes, presidents have given preemptive pardons. Obviously.

But it's not an offense in the legal system until a person is charged, or actually indicted.

Due process and all that.
It's an offense as soon as it happens in reality. We live in reality. Or at least some of us. Not so sure about Orwellian fucks like yourself.

Like you guys change the meaning of the word woman?

Show me some besides Nixon and the Draft dodgers.

And show me that they were as broad as the ones just given.

The legal system begs to differ.

Is Orwellian your new word of the day (that you don't actually understand)?
