Firstly, there is nothing major in the list of actions attributed to ISIS, these are mainly the actions of lone suicide bombers. Any organization can be accused of this. This is a completely different scale than the Anfal operation or the Milosevic genocides.

Secondly, whether they are terrorists or not, they are fighting on the side of the Northern Alliance, for the Liberation of Northern Afghanistan from the Pashtun invaders and the neutralization of the bloody Taliban and Al-Qaeda terrorists who threaten the United States. So these are friends of the USA.
