Department of Homeland Security v. Thuraissigiam (2020) allows expedited removal if no credible need for asylum is shown to DHS officials.

For those that are entitled to a hearing, a few immigration judges and court appointed attorneys should be despatched to GITMO. They can clear those cases up in days.
